Delivery policy: All products are delivered within 24 - 48 hours in Riyadh city, within 48 - 72 hours in main cities, and within two to four days to other areas of the Kingdom's cities. Return and exchange policy: 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to return the product presented to him by the store within the following two days from the date of receipt of the product, and he does not have the right to return the product after the two days or if the product has been specially designed for the consumer. As for exchange, the consumer has the right to exchange the product presented to him by the store within 3 days unless he has benefited from the product and it was not affected. 2- If the product arrives to the consumer in an unsatisfactory condition, or if the product does not match the description and images shown on the website, the product will be replaced in the condition it arrived in with all accessories, or the product will be returned with all accessories and the money will be refunded to the consumer. Provided that the consumer has not used the product or benefited from it, and this is within two days from the date of receipt of the product, and he does not have the right to exchange or return the product after two days. 3- The consumer bears the costs of the exchange or return process, and in the case of international exchange or return, the consumer bears all costs and fees. Note that the return fee for each company is the same as the shipping fee. 4- The product is returned to the store in the condition it arrived in, with all its accessories. 5- If the customer wishes to exchange or return the product, he should contact the store through customer service (WhatsApp).
